Both halves are checkable. The RNG is provably fair — the server seed hash is committed before your scratch and revealed on rotation, so every roll can be recomputed on the verify page. The money is on-chain — the prize pool wallet is public and every payout is a visible stock-token transfer on Robinhood Chain.
